Know Before You Go

Check-In & Breakfast
  • Time: 7:30 – 8:10 AM
  • Location: 2nd Floor Registration Table, HSB.
  • Upon check-in, you will receive your name badge and event materials.
  • Breakfast will be available before the program begins.
  • Arrive in time to network and visit our vendors
Plenary sessions begin promptly at 8:15 AM in the Elliman Conference Room (P12-210/211).
Parking & Campus Access
  • Free parking is available in the Monte Vista, Snowmass, and Val Lots. Use code “1D745131″ 
  • Please enter campus, reference the attached parking graphic for the designated lots, and access the HSB via N. Revere Ct.
Special Traffic Advisory
  • CU Anschutz will be conducting its annual Full-Scale Emergency Response Exercise on the morning of our event. While the Symposium itself will not be impacted, attendees may experience delays arriving on campus. Please plan accordingly.
  • Road Closures (6:30 AM – 11:30 AM):
    • E. 17th Pl. between Quentin St. and N. Racine St.
    • N. Racine St. from E. 19th Ave. to E. 17th Pl.
  • Lot Closure: Cheyenne Wells Lot
  • Pedestrian Restrictions: N. Racine St. between E. 19th Ave. and E. 17th Pl.
  • Expect a visible law enforcement, fire, and EMS presence in the area. Please note this is part of the exercise – no emergency exists.

  • Please allow extra time for morning arrival due to the CU Anschutz emergency exercise.
  • We encourage you to check the website for agenda updates and resources ahead of the event.
