Under general supervision provides professional and administrative support for program managers and program staff. Documents project activities, prepares documents, and manages program data and information. Attends meetings, takes minutes and produces minutes in draft and final form. Maintains Outlook calendars, schedules appointments, meetings, conferences and events. Performs clerical functions as needed and maintains confidentiality at all times.
The staff assistant will be working in the Immunization Program, including with the Alliance for HPV Free Colorado, other grant work and helping with requests from the Immunization Clinic.
