DESCRIPTION:This group is comprised of patients who have been diagnosed 
 with any type of cancer (newly diagnosed or in survivorship) and UCHealt
 h team members to provide you with support\, integrated care and compass
 ion during and after your cancer journey.\n\nGroup goals include:\n\nBui
 lding connection and sense of community with others who have been diagno
 sed with cancer.\nProviding a private\, safe space to share experiences.
 \nEnhancing quality of life.\nOpportunities to learn how to cope with th
 e uncertainties and fears a cancer diagnosis can bring.\nReceiving hones
 t\, compassionate communication to help with managing feelings of isolat
 ion and loss of control\n\n4th Thursday of the month\n4:30 – 6:00 p.m.
 \n\n*Support groups for November and December are canceled due to the ho
