Please feel free to bring a snack, questions, and your hopes and fears. The group offers a safe and supportive atmosphere for gaining information, expressing your concerns, sharing emotions and broadening your perspective.
There is a short body-mind meditation with the zither harp before the group starts, from 11:15-11:30 a.m., if you would like to come early for that. Please come on in and join us whenever you arrive.

Directions to Sky Ridge Medical Center
Sky Ridge Medical Center is located about 20 miles south of Denver near Castle Rock. You can take I-25 south toward Colorado Springs. Exit at Ridgegate Parkway and turn right. Sky Ridge Medical Center will be on your right – 10101 Ridgegate Pkwy, Lone Tree, CO 80124. The Aspen Building is beside the hospital on the north side. The Conference Room is located down the hall to the right inside the front doors. Look for signs posted.
