Let’s show the world what life after cancer looks like!
On National Cancer Survivors Day, we will join thousands of people in hundreds of communities throughout the world to celebrate life. Please join us virtually on Sunday, June 6, 2021, from 1:00pm-3:00pm.
As we celebrate the life of cancer survivors, we ask survivors to submit a creative activity expressing their feelings about survivorship. This can be a poem, art, sidewalk chalk, paintings and/or a photo of you ringing the bell or shaving your head. We would like to post these inspirations on Facebook leading up to the event. All submission should include your full name, 1-2 sentences about the type of cancer you have, the Centura facility you are connected to and a fun fact about yourself.
All creative images are due by May 24, 2021 and will need a photo and protected health information consent to be posted on our Facebook page. If you are interested in receiving additional details, please contact tanyaportee@centura.org.
