This four-week Integrative Therapy workshop focuses on being present in the moment, living intentionally and utilizing calming strategies to reduce the impact of stress. This group is for women who are two or more years out from their initial breast cancer diagnosis. Focus is on peer to peer support as well as information on long-term survival and recurrence prevention.
