This four-week Integrative Therapy workshop focuses on being present in the moment, living intentionally and utilizing calming strategies to reduce the impact of stress. A limited number of meditative coloring notebooks are available to early registrants. Preregistration is required by calling 719-776-5311.
Focusing on alignment, balance, breathing and stretching. Poses will connect to your breath and will be modified as needed to students’ level of experience and the desire of the class. A series of gentle stretches and exercises to calm the mind. Each movement will be rhythmic to the next ensuring the participant feels a sense of peace and grounding. This group is for women who are two or more years out from their initial breast cancer diagnosis. Focus is on peer to peer support as well as information on long-term survival and recurrence prevention. Group meets on the 1st Wednesday of each month, 6:00 to 7:30p.m. Location: Radiation Oncology, Entrance 16
