Connect with other women diagnosed with a gynecologic cancer, where you will be able to share your own experiences, learn new coping skills, and discover helpful resources. This group will be led by Oncology Social Worker, Taylor Hearrell, LSW and Nurse Navigator, Sara Wilcox, RN MSN.
Our regularly scheduled Easy Chair Yoga via Zoom. Participants will benefit from relaxation techniques including breathing exercises and easy yoga poses designed to increase strength, flexibility, and balance. All levels of ability are welcome! Focusing on alignment, balance, breathing and stretching. Poses will connect to your breath and will be modified as needed to students’ level of experience and the desire of the class.
