For women only: Participants will benefit from relaxation techniques including breath exercises and easy yoga poses designed to increase strength, flexibility and balance. Contact Peggy Thomas at 719-776-8208 for additional information.
This yoga class moves slow, and most poses are sitting or reclining with pillows and blankets. Beginners will enjoy this reflective time with work on breathing and posture. Bring your own mat or rug.
