This four-week Integrative Therapy workshop focuses on being present in the moment, living intentionally and utilizing calming strategies to reduce the impact of stress. A limited number of meditative coloring notebooks are available to early registrants. Preregistration is required by calling 719-776-5311.
This 4 week evidence-based group meets for 1.5 hours each week and teaches positive psychology approaches (e.g., mindfulness, gratitude, self-compassion, resilience, and forgiveness) to help cancer patients, survivors and caregivers improve mental and physical health.
