This four-week Integrative Therapy workshop focuses on being present in the moment, living intentionally and utilizing calming strategies to reduce the impact of stress. Support and education for anyone interested in prostate cancer. Friends and family members, and particularly those who actually have prostate cancer, are welcome. There will be a different educational topic each month, as well as the opportunity for peer support.
