This four-week Integrative Therapy workshop focuses on being present in the moment, living intentionally and utilizing calming strategies to reduce the impact of stress. A limited number of meditative coloring notebooks are available to early registrants. Preregistration is required by calling 719-776-5311.
Focusing on alignment, balance, breathing and stretching. Poses will connect to your breath and will be modified as needed to students’ level of experience and the desire of the class.
