This Integrative Therapy is designed to strengthen the immune system, improve mood and decrease tension and anxiety. No previous experience is necessary and drums are provided.
This four-week Integrative Therapy workshop focuses on being present in the moment, living intentionally and utilizing calming strategies to reduce the impact of stress. A limited number of meditative coloring notebooks are available to early registrants. Preregistration is required by calling 719-776-5311.
