There are an estimated 2,130 new cases of colorectal cancer (CRC) each year in Colorado, but CRC is preventable and highly curable when it is diagnosed and treated at early stages – there is a 90% 5-year survival rate when caught early. The Colorado Comprehensive Cancer Control Program (CCCCP) and the CRC Task Force partnered with Catch It In Time to produce CRC Screening 101, a series of educational videos on CRC screening guidelines and considerations, with the goal of improving knowledge of CRC screening amongst providers. Please share these videos with your networks and help us get the word out about appropriate CRC screening!
