Please join us for an interesting and informative Cancer Genetics in Primary Care workshop!  Learn more about how cancer genetics impact your patients across the care continuum, where to find screening tools to collect a complete family history on your patients, how to find genetic counseling and testing resources in the state, and get the latest updates on the two most common hereditary cancer syndromes (Hereditary Breast and Ovarian Cancer and Lynch syndrome).
